REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We offer a 5-day return window, meaning you have 5 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the item.

Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGED & INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue promptly and work to make it right.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Electrical parts

Custom-made or special-order products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

 

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please email us before returning it.

 

EXCHANGES

The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the original product, and once approved, place a new order for the replacement.

 

EUROPEAN UNION - 14 DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no questions asked.

As with all returns, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
